Asiago PDO Semi- Matured
1 knob of butter
A pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of honey
First, prepare the asparagus: clean and wash them well, then steam them for about twenty minutes, or until they are soft beautiful. Let them aside. Heat the butter in a pan, add a teaspoon of honey, heat well and cook the steamed asparagus for 3-4 minutes, add salt to taste.Cut the croissants in half horizontally and place three asparagus at the base of each croissant.
Put on top of asparagus still hot two slices of speck, then take the pan, warm up another teaspoon of honey and put to cook a slice of Asiago PDO Semi-Matured (half an inch thick), fry one minute per side, then add it on top of the bacon in the sandwich. Close the savory croissant with the other half and enjoy!
