Fabio and Emanuele Gardini “have their fingers in the pie” with chocolate for more than twenty years, working in their bakery driven by the inevitable passion and by their ability to combine old manufacturing with creativity and innovation.
The best Chocolate with Sea Salt
Also the use of ingredients, that the Gardini chose carefully, show us their passion for traditions. In particular they combine sea salt of Cervia with chocolate.
“When we were children, we used to eat salt bread with chocolate bars, so we know this marriage of sweet and savory” say the two brothers, reminding their childhood.
The reward came for Gardini in 2012, when they won the award “Best Chocolate with Salt” and when it even was elected “Gold Bar” in 2009.
The unlimited passion and the lasting desire to experiment led them to give new life to the traditional production of cremino, one of their flagship products, which the gold medal at the prestigious "Chocolate Awards International Competition" in the cremini spicy category in 2012.
