The San Daniele trout are rich in Omega 3, a particular polinsaturated fat of vital importance, that keeps our blood fluid and guarantees good circulation. Numerous researches have shown that eating fish at least twice a week, thanks to the Omega 3, reduces the risk of cardiovascular illnesses by half.
Served on a slice of toasted bread with a soft cream cheese like caprino for an excellent aperitif, or as a second course on a bed of cubed tomatoes with olive oil, or on a cream of asparagus, in a fondue of peas and asparagus or with rosemary yoghurt. Also very good with fried spinach.
