Rainbow trout, bred in the springs of San Daniele del Friuli, in natural environments, respecting the natural time of growth.
Shape & texture
Single portion fillets, reddish orange in colour with firm deboned and skinned meat.

Serving suggestions
Served on a slice of toasted bread with a soft cream cheese like caprino for an excellent aperitif, or as a second course on a bed of cubed tomatoes with olive oil, or on a cream of asparagus, in a fondue of peas and asparagus or with rosemary yoghurt. Also very good with fried spinach.
