La Capreria is a farm located in Montegalda (VI), in a flat area close to the Monti Berici. Additionally to the production of cheese, Capreria produces most of the forage necessary to feed their 200 goats of Saanen race. Feeding of the animals is relied exclusively on the hay from the farm.
