The taste is sweet, lactic, full bodied and pleasantly bleu; the aftertaste is long, creamy, fruity, with long hints of aromas coming from the milk, the grass and the soil

Curious to know
La Capreria is a farm located in Montegalda (VI), in a flat area close to the Monti Berici. Additionally to the production of cheese, Capreria produces most of the forage necessary to feed their 200 goats of Saanen race. Feeding of the animals is relied exclusively on the hay from the farm.
